Facility

The Coastal Bend Business Innovation Center is located in the former Wells Fargo Building in Flour Bluff. It is a 36,000 square foot building that sits on 4.97 acres of land. It contains two large classrooms, a Conference Center, office spaces for 25 Incubator clients, staff, students and support teams. As part of the Texas A&M University, the Innovation center building is now a part of the TAMU-CC campus.

The building is a product of a donation of 1.5 million dollars from the city of Corpus Christi as voted by the 2003 bond election for the creation of a business incubator. The grand opening of the Innovation Center was held in December of 2010 and the building was filled to capacity as of January 2011.
