Facilities

Space
Having a physical presence and place to work is important in getting your business off the ground. Resident clients are assigned a suite within the Innovation Center building. Each client office will be identified with the suite number and the company name. Clients will the have a place to house employees or conduct business with their customers.

Conference Rooms
Clients may reserve the main Innovation Center Conference Center, or one of the two smaller conference rooms, with an email notice to the receptionist. The conference facilities will be scheduled on a first-come first-served basis. Please see the section below if you plan to cater your meeting.

Catering
Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi has an exclusive contract with Sodexo Services of Texas for all dining and catering needs on campus. This contract extends to all events hosted at the Innovation Center. Please contact (361) 653-2575 for more information to setup and cater your next event.

Lounges and Common Areas
The Innovation Center provides lounges so that client and staff have a place to escape and relax. In the client lounge, we provide a coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, and vending machines for the client's convenience.

Gym Area
We understand that we needed a place to escape from the daily routine and relax. On the 2nd floor a gym area is provided for clients and personnel use. In the gym area we provide a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, yoga mat and balance ball. You can enjoy your time while your favorite DVD is playing on our LCD TV.

Library
Resources on business, accounting, and entrepreneurship. The books are donated by students, professors, clients, and others in order to pool and share this knowledge. Clients and staff are welcome to utilize these books while in the Center, and may also check out books for extended use.

The Center also allows any TAMUCC student to rent books from our library (subject to a rental agreement) at a low price. Students will be able to save money by renting our textbook instead of having to buy them.
