Instruction is seminar format, no college credit is awarded.

Seminar will introduce the basic types of accounting: Financial, Cost, Audit and Tax. Introduce the cash vs. accrual methods, introduce the basic accounting reports: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows and Retained Earnings. Introduce the accounting formula and the basic debit/credit concept. This seminar is intended to introduce entrepreneurs to basic accounting concepts and prepare them with the basic knowledge required for business plan and accounting software development.
