I am from the Dallas, Texas area where I graduated in the top 10% of my high school graduating class. I received my Associate of Arts degree from Tyler Junior College with Cum Laude honors and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa and Sigma Kappa Delta. Shortly thereafter I moved to the Corpus Christi area to continue my education at Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi. During my final semester as an undergraduate I was fortunate enough to work with the Christus Spohn Health System in the Occupational Health Department as an intern. In the spring of 2010, I graduated from TAMUCC with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science with Magna Cum Laude honors. I was on the Dean's List and received the Community Outreach Scholarship as well as the Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship. I am currently pursing my Master of Business Administration degree with a Health Care Administration concentration.

I feel very blessed to have the opportunity to work with the Coastal Bend Business Innovation Center, and I feel that it is going to help me grow not only as a person but also as a business professional. I am very excited to work with the various companies involved with the innovation center and to assist in their success.
